Recycled – sure, some part are. Logo – looks like Mr.Snowman brushes. Tune – no… what the heck? Where is a funky chippy??? And please dudes, do NOT overuse Maktone tunes. He is a great chip musician, it is certain, but there are plenty of other tunes out there…
There is a version of this intro with music by Maktone, used by Venom in a later release (Elite Penguin Force 🙂 )
