Very nice bubble “typer” and original, demo-ish scroll ! Really cool! I like the music, which reminds me the spirit of an arcade coin-op japanese game!

Love the scroller here & the music too… although my version of Space Harrier is better 🙂 I guess you can say Quadlite helped my version, since I used Action Replay!

Quadlite didn’t have much to do with AR though, they made the Nordic Power cartridge. 😛

Always liked the intro which was unusual for its time. Nice scroller indeed! 🙂

Yeah Major Rom and me did Nordic Power and also contributed to X-Power (the follow up product) that was based on the Nordic Power code.

So what was the story behind Major Rom and PC Engine..? How did that end? 😉

Major Rom, Mark II and me where huge fans of the PC Engine. We had most of the games that where released for it that time and where playing them a lot. Major Rom then cracked the PC Engine, as he can not resist to crack everything…hahaha 🙂 He developed a copy hardware for the PC Engine that you could connect to the Amiga. Basically like a development system. He connected some RAM to the PC Engines BUS System so it would load the games from the RAM. He made some Amiga Software for loading and ripping the games. Yeah!!! Thanks for putting this here. This is actually one of my favourite Intros i did. The scroller was inspired by the Sega game Thunderblade. The music was a recomposition of the PC-Engine pinball game Alien Crush 😀
