Single node BBS accepting 2400 Bps. About 50 mins transfer for a one disk release (800K). Imagine how busy that BBS must have been 🙂 I was exploring my first modem trading in the late 80’s / early 90’s with a 2400 Bps; that’s why I liked trainer groups: small (szied) releases and you could still be a spreader with a slow modem 🙂
