tcb: correct, this was a ‘modern’ release made for educational purposes and shared within a private-ish community 🙂 this particular series focused on 3 pierre releases: ilyad, pang, and toki hence the 1/3. also hence pang bubbles. it was uploaded to eab because, iirc, someone there asked for an example of a simple rotozoom, and they don’t come much simple than this. m9 did a stunning conversion without src. once he’d completed it i uploaded to the original asm to github by way of a reward for his excellent work (github.com/4489). ugly code, but the core roto should be clean enough to grok… Read more »

Looks like a lot of work went into this and the whole look & feel make me think this is a “recent” release; pretty much like the “Jewel” releases on c64?
Never heard of the game, just checked that it was Eurosoft that cracked it and not FFC, and the former bragged that Pierres protection was too easy. Was it? I didn’t even realise that Pierre did anything other than for Ocean France. His protection for Snow Bros was OK, but it didn’t give me any sleepless nights.
And who are The Adane Remasters?
Cool menu, great rotozoom. Quality crack/trainer too, this one was a real bitch (Pierre Adane fun, but rather than him protecting someone elses game, this time it was his own code so the checks are even nastier than usual) to crack.
