Ok I got it working!
I recognise the star field patterns and the text typer. I think those are the star images I ripped from the cebit 90 demo! Don’t recognise the font or music. Probably some intro source code was lying around and someone made some changes.
To be honest I don’t remember the group ‘Switch’ but given Chernobyl bbs is listed it would have been a group Domenic (Microchip/Acu) was in at the time.

What browser? Make sure flash is installed
I think my version of flash was out of date so some of it worked but not most of it.
After literally 100’s of times where exactly this had happened by only some of the flashtros i think i just found out why by accident ^^ in older flashtros the user consent dialogue seems to be not triggered/shown by the browser (FF 72.0.2 64b, flash updated yesterday to last version 32.0 r0). First i tried to run this one here – decompressing showed up and after that black screen and ‘save mod’ button. Went to another (newer i assume – it was https://flashtro.com/switch-adpro/ ) one which showed the dialogue, i accepted and went back here, then it worked by ctrl-f5ing.… Read more »
The consent seems to be bound on browser session, tested this a couple of times – confirmed.
Looks almost like an RSI demomaker production – but Jarre coded quite a few things so if the credits are correct I’m sure it’s not!
Nothing special, the music is also…not great.
RSI demomaker was the first thing that came to my mind as well, lol.
I agree it is not since it did not have a cursor-typer in its repertoire.
