The circle scroller is really nice and the rest looks pretty too but… the tune, the tune, the tune… just rules. Beautifully melancholic – makes me feel nostalgic for these cracktro days gone by. Man I gotta cook you guys up so new cracktro code before this year slips away.
It looks like this intro was originally made for Vision Factory
Text taken from the intro but not used:
RITE TO : PLK 037513 D a BAHNPOSTLAGERND 5100 AACHEN 22 a WEST GERMANY… READ THE BOTTOM SCROLLER FOR THE GREETINGS !!! WATCH OUT FOR OTHERS CRACKS AND TRAINERS BY VISION FACTORY AND BENCOR BROTHERS
Very nice intro, although I prefer the famous Vision Factory intro with basically the same code (snurkel-scroll instead of the circle-scroll here).
Is my memory failing, or do I remember a Paranoimia intro which was basically the same as this (the scroller) but with a bob-starfield?
Excellent intro. Seeing this on the Amiga actually inspired me, a few years ago, to code a Z-rotating scroller on the c64.
This is one of my all time favorites. It just works in every aspect!!
@musashi , correct, we have used it in VF as well…

Nice Intro. Thanks for Convert. Listen to the Music for Hours!

I let the tune play longer than I ever did when I was 17… it’s melancholic and lovely. A classic intro.
nice. remember the check-board didn’t show on my amiga 2000. beautiful tune
