Do you think is it possible ? it’s text background and not sprite ?

Very simple, just update either the chars themselves (so all flowers rotate/animate/whatever the same), or update the tilemap to show different chars (ie: the other frames of animation, this way you can have the flowers each animated separately).

Cute enough little intro, it might have been better if the flowers in the bg were animated.
