Agree with Siriax(!), to call someone else’s work lame when you re-crack (ie: fix a problem, once all the hard work has been done) is a bit pathetic.
Not a bad intro tho, everything fits quite well – maybe a different background effect than the lines would have lifted it up a bit!
Outstanding background effect … looks fantastic. Tune, gfx and the purpose of this release are great too …

I always loved it to see when minor demo/intro groups need to raise their voice against cracking groups “fixing” their cracks years later with no pressure and calling the work of others lame… nice intro though.
If it did not work, it was lame back then as well. I think the whole “race to be the first” is just ridiculous. Either one cracks it completely and screw everybody else, or it does not work right and it is lame. I will never understand how a race to upload to a BBS first can have a higher priority than doing the job 100%. What good did it do being first to upload the crack if one ended up with an incorrectly working crack on one’s hands?
Yeah, I am really glad the manic rush for 1st release is over.
Perhaps I should qualify this statement…one that I am neither “qualified” to make, nor am endowed with the experience to backup. Maybe people, unlike me, who were around in those days, gained extra-ordinary coding/cracking experience due to the rushed scene/social climate of the time…according to the great talent that remains today anyway. Yet now, I can benefit from their struggle and take my time, borrow techniques and hopefully do a quality job. Like much else in life/reality. There is a balance.
