I didn’t say there weren’t any. Just that there were very few, on any platform. Brainstorm was a demo group. Defjam I thought was German? Spreadpoint had a few intros, they were actually a cracking group. I’ve only ever seen one Crusade crack on C=64, “Buck Rogers”.
DefJam was Swedish in large parts but had Depeche in their coder line for a while. Spreadpoint had some really good demos like Blitter Mistake, X-Large, and Cube-O-Matic (despite of the zik 😉
A Swiss intro. Now that’s something really rare one does not see every day. Swiss were never really into coding much, that never concerned them.
Hmm.. I do remember quite a few good/known coders from Swiss (groups like Alcatraz, Avenger, SpreadPoint, DefJam, SCA, Brainstorm, ..)
