Another secret I remembered, I’m pretty sure the colour of the heart in the background was random as well…… or I could be wrong, I only used the intro twice (nearly thrice for Mortal Kombat, but Fairlight!!).
Hahaha. It’s just only NOW I’ve noticed who was behind that release.
I remember(?) this intro with a reddish or orange-like color heart. I touhght my memory was making some jokes with me, thou.

stylish little thing…
a minor point, just to highlight melons attention to detail. In this melonesque intro, the font is a 2 bitplane font, whereas melon used a 1 bitplane font and had a textwriter that genereated the black outline. that way you could have an 8 pixel wide font with a 1 pixel black outline. here the font is only 6 pixels wide because it has to accomodate the outline in the font itself.
as stated, i love the music and the design all in all. but it ain’t melon 🙂
