Looks and sounds nice.. well some coloring to fonts and maybe a bit different font could spice this up.

Definitely PC, going by the (Adlib?) sound and the greetings. Proper text alignment and maybe multiple text screens with some fading and this would have been really good. And how many BPM is that tune? Anyway, I like this, dot tunnels forever!

That’s Classic on PC before Hoson and MT set up Hybrid, IIRC. Correction, they are greeting Hybrid so this was after then.
