This intro is by the same guy who coded “Blitter Miracle”?! Talk about progress… 🙂
His real name is Robert Ruža, he used to live in canton Basel Stadt, and he also used to work for a web design / hosting company (which shall remain nameless, for now at least), but he ditched them after a while because they were a bunch of cowboys. The company had no idea that he was famous on the scene, nor that he had been coding demos. I also see that he is credited in one intro by Semtex, which was a Croatian group and which I have also been trying to track down for decades now. Considering Rob’s last name (“ruža” means rose in Croatian), I wonder what the connection between him and Semtex is, if any? Croatian pirate scene is very small and from research I have done, everybody knew everybody who was anybody. Semtex, however, remains a complete mystery as a group.
