My guess is – early copper trick or A500 c2p before anyone named it… 4×4 instead of 8×8 should be possible 🙂 Msx has some gr8 moments, other parts are a bit worse (or am I drunk, well I am… :). A lot of C64 stuff (ie. Cybernoid) and some Dragons as well? 🙂 Another one to love and cherish…THX M9!

Actually part of the tune appears to be a rough remix of Ron Hubbard’s Master of Magic tune…but not the entire thing. I love the copper split big font scroller.

good one for me… i especially like the tune
I seem to rememeber it just scrolled at 8 pixel speed, excactly the with of the copper interval.
But i guess you could halve that by using and overlay bitplane, and then scroll that bitplane.
It was often done when making plasma effects.
it’s a bit hard to see but it looks like the background scroller does less than byte steps in horizontal direction.. how is that possible?

Is that bigscroll a "cheat" on Amiga? (ie: drawn using copper/$dff180.w writes)… anyway, quite a nice old intro, even if it’s not exactly a design classic 🙂
