The days before Incbin. Coder had to load the two files by AmigaDOS first. I remember a old Defjam CCS scroller cracktro that use graphics.library for the scroller. I think it was their trainer for Bombjack.
I remember BadBarty released a lot of trainers for Trilogy in the late 80s impressive for not using a cart and using software monitors (Amiga Monitor, C-Mon2.02) or maybe it was easier to find in the early days.

Early Trilogy stuff.. not that easy on the eye 😀 Anyway, they did care for NTSC stuff at the beginning it seems.. Some nice zik would help a lot with this intro.
I believe the US “market” were much bigger early on.
