Send Message don't work

I have a 403 error when I trying to send a MP

Strange…
I try to send you a message But always, Error 403…
With a ‘short’ message, like ‘TEST’, it’s work
but, with a standard message (some lines), Error 403.

And try again, now, just 1s before and, when I ADD html tag at the start and end of the message, it’s working… ?!
