Realistically, what did Paranoimia think Rainbow Arts were going to do? Pay them a ransom and hope they didn’t release the game? Even if they had paid something, there’s nothing to say they wouldn’t have released the game anyway, so Rainbow Arts did the only thing they could. I would have done the same!
