I met Phil Douglas twice. The first time was at the TRSI Eastern Conference in Louvain/Belgium. Not sure what group he was in at that moment ; I had just joined Vision Factory. Instead of hanging around for the techno party, a small group of people decided to hit the town. Phil, myself and I believe Metallica along with some other Skid Row-guys ended up in some african club and spent one hell of a night.

The second time was 18 months later at his house together with Freud. Phil was a great help cracking/training games for a group we had founded called G.O.D. (Global OverDose). Phil was in TKK then (Thrill Kill Kult ; a group he was in with Mok and some ex-Fusion members). He helped us with advice on patching/training games, even supplied us with an original (!) and sent us his cracks before they were released to the boards, so that GOD could put out a trainer before the competition (Anthrox) could :)

After that, contact frequency dropped and we never spoke/met again. To add to the legend: I can confirm that Phil succesfully cracked Pc and AGA games on his A500+, releasing them without ever being able to test the game. Pretty impressive :)

Bob Duncan I believe was German and has nothing to do with (Belgian) Duncan who was involved with The Band and who later founded Angels. I never met him in person. Had numerous chats with him on Flying Saucer BBS (Spreadpoint BHQ)
